Requirements

Licensed in good standing by the state of Illinois as a physical therapist, graduated from an APTA approved curriculum.

Cognitive and motor skills necessary to carry out skilled therapy evaluations, treatments, and documentation according to the Illinois.

Physical Therapy Practice Act, APTA Core Values, and the Joint Commission.

CPR certified. Must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Salary: $79K - $99K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Weekend coverage may be required.

Work with Wabash General Hospital in Carmi, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive orthopaedic and musculoskeletal evaluations to design and deliver individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to restore patient mobility and lead community health outreach efforts.
