Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage ICU patients including ventilator management, central line insertion, and intubation.
- Provide 12-hour night shift coverage for hospitalist service.
- Supervise and collaborate with APP who rounds on med/surg patients.
- Monitor and manage average daily census of 8-12 med/surg and 3.6 ICU patients.
- Ensure timely documentation and patient care coordination.
