TheraPeds Partners is a Colorado based, therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with our local schools to provide Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) services to PreK–12 students nationwide.
As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) serving a school located in Menlo Park, CA.
The Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for providing therapy services to students, conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, evaluating progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents). The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with students with special needs.
Job Details
- Full Time school schedule 5 days per week
- September 2026- May 2027
- In-person, on campus
- Middle through High School population
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Analyze behavioral data and make data-driven recommendations
- Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
- Collaborate with families to support consistency across school and home environments
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes
- Guaranteed Hours: including documentation, administrative and planning time
- Manageable caseloads
Dual Support from the District and TheraPeds
$71.50 – $86.75+/hour, based on experience and employment arrangement
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
- Experience working with children
- Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in use of technology
Fingerprint Background Clearance
Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
Physical Requirements
Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
