As a BCBA at LAC, you’ll design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy as we aim to set each individual up for the most success! We use a neuroaffirming, assent-based approach and focus on trauma-informed, ethical care to support the people we serve.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- 3 years of Clinical Experience
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Key Responsibilities
Design individualized behavior analytic programming that prioritizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy for learners. Collaborate with clinical teams and provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality, ethical care.
