  • What You’ll Do
  • Conduct assessments & create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide caregiver training & family support
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs
  • Analyze behavioral data to guide interventions
  • Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification & state licensure
  • Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide caregiver training and family support. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs/BTs and analyzing behavioral data to guide clinical interventions.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and state licensure. A Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
