Job Description
Scope of Work
Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.
Standard Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program (Required)
- Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program (Preferred)
- Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program (Preferred)
- 2 years of relevant experience May be part of clinical education experience (Preferred)
- Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association 1 Year (Required)
- Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines
- Upon Hire (Required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days (Required)
