Physician Office Team Lead, HCH Gynecology

Harrison County Hospital is seeking a Physician Office Team Lead for the HCH Gynecology practice.

This position is full-time, days, Monday through Thursday, 7a-5:30p, 40 hours per week.

Under the supervision of the Practice Manager, the Physician Practice Team Lead is a working leader responsible for supporting the daily clinical and non-clinical operations of the HCH Gynecology, an off-site physician practice of Harrison County Hospital.

This position must learn and maintain working knowledge of all aspects of the practice, including clinical back-office functions, front-office and registration functions, scheduling, referrals, patient flow, staff support, customer service, supplies, and routine administrative processes.

The Team Lead provides hands-on support in both clinical and non-clinical areas, promotes efficient and compliant operations, and serves as the on-site leader responsible for all clinic staff whenever the Practice Manager is not present.

The Team Lead communicates significant staffing, patient care, safety, operational, or performance concerns to the Practice Manager or Physician Practice Director and supports the mission and goals of Harrison County Hospital.

Education/Skills

• Previous relevant acute care experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Current applicable licensure/certification required.
