Key Responsibilities
- Support residents at Dani’s Place according to state mandates, agency policies, and individual service plans.
- Assess clients’ needs, considering mental health history and symptoms, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Deliver treatment plans, document services in electronic records, and maintain confidentiality per federal and agency guidelines.
- Intervene in crises, stabilize clients, and promote recovery, communication, and independent living skills.
