Responsibilities Include

Completing comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia evaluations Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Providing evidence-based interventions to maximize functional outcomes Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including nursing, PT, and OT Educating residents, families, and caregivers to support carryover and success At Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency, you’re more than a clinician—you’re a valued member of a supportive, mission-driven community dedicated to making a meaningful difference every day.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities

The SLP will conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognition, and swallowing functions for residents. They are responsible for developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to maximize functional outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. A valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Wisconsin is required.
