Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Specialist provides direct, compassionate care and supervision to adolescent and young adult patients in a structured clinical environment. They facilitate experiential activities, document patient interactions, and maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu while collaborating with the clinical team.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or sociology is preferred.
