Key Responsibilities
Provides mental health, substance abuse, and trauma therapy services through individual and group sessions. Conducts face-to-face assessments, establishes diagnoses, and provides crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree in a human services related discipline and a temporary license to provide mental health therapy in Iowa or an LMSW. Candidates must also complete mandatory reporter abuse training within the first 30 days of employment.
