Key Responsibilities

• This role provides psychotherapy and substance use disorder (SUD) counseling as part of our integrated Behavioral Health team.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.

• Complete mental health and AODA assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans.

• Determine SUD treatment needs using ASAM criteria.

Requirements

• Required.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

• WI licensure or eligibility within 6 months (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

• Competency in assessment, diagnosis, counseling, and treatment planning.
