SOM MEDICAL PRACTICE is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Based in Niagara Falls, New York, our practice provides mental health services to patients ages 4 and older. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic services, mental health counseling, and ongoing support to patients while maintaining a professional, patient-centered approach to care.
Applicants must hold a valid New York State LMHC license and be authorized to provide mental health services to patients located in New York State.
Qualifications and Requirements
Active, unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in New York State.
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
Ability to provide compassionate, professional, and patient-centered mental health care.
Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
