The Occupational Therapist will perform patient evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide therapeutic services in accordance with AOTA guidelines. They will also coordinate with physicians and case managers to ensure effective discharge planning and patient safety.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and an Illinois Occupational Therapy license. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience and BLS/CPR certification are required.
