Key Responsibilities
- Performs Occupational Therapy evaluation, reassessment and consultation upon referral of a physician, dentist or podiatrist.
- Provides plan of care and discharge planning. Secures a physician certificate for the plan of care.
- Provides Occupational Therapy services within the practice guidelines of the AOTA, the Illinois Occupational Therapy Practice Act and other regulatory agencies.
- Participates in discharge planning, when requested.
