Provide primary care services to adult patients in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure high-quality patient treatment and care.
Must be a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active Louisiana license. Experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care is required.
