Program Operations Manager - Adolescent Mental Health
On-Site | Kendall (Miami), FL | Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM | Full-Time

Lead daily operations for an adolescent mental health PHP/IOP program. You'll manage the team, schedules, and systems that keep each day running smoothly and create a safe, structured environment where teens and families thrive.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily PHP/IOP program operations in a safe, structured environment
- Supervise and coach Wellness Coordinators with clear expectations and accountability
- Manage staff scheduling, coverage, attendance, census, and intake coordination
- Guide the team in responding to adolescents' behavioral and emotional needs
- Partner with therapists, clinical leadership, and families on a consistent client experience
- Monitor documentation, incident reporting, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
- De-escalate challenges calmly and keep the program on track through change
- Coordinate facility, supply, and administrative needs
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in education, youth services, behavioral health, program management, or operations leadership
- Supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong organization and ability to juggle shifting priorities
- Confidence giving feedback and holding staff accountable
- Calm, solutions-focused approach to crisis situations
- Strong attention to documentation, policy, and safety
- Ability to connect with adolescents while maintaining structure and boundaries
- Eligible for DCF and AHCA Level 2 background screening and drug testing
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
