Nurse Navigator (RN)

Key Responsibilities

The Oncology Nurse Navigator provides individual assistance to patients and families to overcome healthcare barriers and ensure timely access to quality care. They coordinate care across the cancer continuum, facilitate patient care conferences, and provide education and psychosocial support.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and have at least five years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an oncology setting. Oncology Certification (OCN) is preferred, along with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
