Physical Therapist, Home Health - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will evaluate and treat home health patients to improve their functional condition and prevent further disability. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, educating caregivers, and maintaining productivity standards within an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in Virginia or a reciprocal compact state and possess AHA BLS Provider CPR certification. At least one year of health care experience is preferred for this role.
