Key Responsibilities

The physical therapist will evaluate and treat home health patients to improve their functional condition and prevent further disability. They are responsible for documenting patient progress, educating caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in Virginia or a reciprocal compact state and possess an AHA BLS Provider CPR certification. One year of health care experience is preferred for this role.
