Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate telephonic clinical support and medical direction to residents in senior living facilities during after-hours periods. Coordinate care between facilities and providers while documenting encounters accurately in the EMR.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience and active licensure in Texas and Louisiana. Candidates must possess national certification and the ability to manage acute and chronic conditions in a geriatric population.
