Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of support for residents and facility staff by providing telephonic clinical direction and medical care after hours. Coordinate care between facilities and providers while documenting encounters accurately in the EMR.
Requirements
Requires a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience and active licensure in Texas and Louisiana. Candidates must possess national certification and the ability to manage acute and chronic conditions in a geriatric population.
