Nurse Practitioner - National After-Hours Team - Part Time - PA and NY or MI Licensed

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and facility staff after-hours to provide clinical direction and medical care via telephone. Coordinate care between facilities and providers while documenting encounters accurately in the electronic medical record.

Requirements

Requires a Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience and active licensure in Pennsylvania, New York, or Michigan. Candidates must possess national certification as an ANP, FNP, or GNP and be comfortable managing high call volumes in a virtual environment.
