Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.

This position offers weekends off, remote work flexibility. Work with Oscar Health in Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and virtual health assessments for members. Identify opportunities to improve member access to care and provide health coaching, referrals, and treatment.
Requirements
Requires a PA, DNP, FNP, or ENP degree with board certification and 3+ years of experience in outpatient primary care. Must be fluent in Spanish and hold a valid Florida license.
