Key Responsibilities
Perform virtual preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and health coaching for insurance members. Identify and address gaps in care while cross-training to support urgent and primary care service lines.
Requirements
Requires a PA, DNP, FNP, or ENP degree with board certification and 3+ years of outpatient experience. Candidates must be fully licensed in Florida and fluent in both Spanish and English.
