Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Position Overview

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan within an established Federally Qualified Health Center.

Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, wellness visits, and patient education.

• Develop long-term relationships with individuals and families while practicing evidence-based medicine.
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving community health outcomes.

Utilize an established electronic medical record while supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.

Practice in one of New England's most desirable regions, combining meaningful medicine with exceptional quality of life.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary from $195,000-$225,000.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Passion for comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Strong commitment to preventive medicine and continuity of care.
• Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
