Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Family Medicine Physician for Capital Area Health Network in Richmond, Virginia. This is a full-time outpatient primary care opportunity focused on comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
The physician will have a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, full clinical autonomy, and support from a full administrative team.

Compensation
- Base salary up to $220,000 annually
- Student loan repayment up to $50,000
- $2,500 relocation allowance

- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
Position Overview
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
- Manage a full outpatient patient panel.
- Practice with clinical autonomy while supported by a full administrative team.
- Provide ongoing primary care within a community-based healthcare environment.
