Surgical gynecology (Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including low and high risk pregnancies.
- Perform routine and complicated deliveries, including cesarean sections and repair of lacerations.
- Manage on-call coverage for obstetrics and gynecology emergencies.
- Perform gynecologic procedures such as IUD insertion, colposcopy, and LEEP.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and CNMs to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including managing high-risk pregnancies and performing routine and complicated deliveries. Manage on-call coverage for emergencies and collaborate with nursing staff and CNMs to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
Must be a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician licensed in North Carolina with current ACLS and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications. Proficiency in McKesson and Athena EMR systems and eligibility for NC Medicaid are required.
