The Site Medical Director provides clinical leadership, supervises provider staff, and manages performance at the clinic site. They also deliver direct patient care, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and act as a liaison between the clinic and the community.
Candidates must hold a current, active board certification in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine and be licensed to practice in Oregon. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required, with preference for 1 year of supervisory experience in community medicine.
