Job Description
Primary Care Physician (Spanish Bilingual) – Up to $280,000
Davenport, Florida
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join a growing, physician-focused healthcare organization on a full-time, permanent basis. This established network of primary care clinics serves communities throughout Florida and is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Providers are supported by a strong operational infrastructure that minimizes administrative burdens, allowing physicians to focus on delivering exceptional care and building meaningful patient relationships. The organization emphasizes collaboration, innovation, preventive medicine, and improving long-term patient outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $250,000–$280,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunities

- Established patient base and clinical support staff
Schedule: Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Phone-only call rotation approximately every 6 weeks
- Manageable patient volume with strong clinical support
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
- Spanish bilingual required
- Commitment to preventive, value-based primary care
