• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Alaska
• Position: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

Job Summary

We are looking for an LMFT licensed in Alaska to work with individuals, couples, and families. You may be helping a couple work through communication issues, supporting a family during a difficult transition, or meeting with an individual dealing with stress at home. The focus of the role is simple: provide consistent therapy, understand what each client needs, and help them work through the issues bringing them to treatment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals, couples, and families for therapy sessions
• Talk through relationship, family, and personal concerns
• Help clients identify goals they want to work on
• Provide practical guidance and support during sessions
• Keep notes and client records up to date
• Review how things are going and make changes when needed
• Refer clients to other services when appropriate

Follow Alaska Licensing and Professional Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• LMFT license in Alaska required.
• Experience working with a variety of clients.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
