This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview
- Part-time (2 days per week) within Monday - Friday
- No nights or weekends
- Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
- Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
- Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
- Coverage area includes Monahans and Pecos, Texas

- Active, unrestricted Texas LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Eligible for independent practice and billing

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy to older adults in post-acute and long-term care settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality behavioral health care.
Licensure & Certifications
Must hold an active, unrestricted Texas LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license. Experience working with older adults or in post-acute care settings is required.
