Job Description

BCBA – 3–7 PM Afterschool Schedule

Own Your Day. Impact Their Afternoon.

What if you could grow your BCBA career, make a meaningful clinical impact — and still have your days to yourself?

At Proud Moments ABA, we're rethinking what a BCBA career can look like. Our salaried part-time BCBA opportunity combines the stability and benefits of a salaried position with a schedule designed to leave room for your life.

Own your day. Make an impact after school. Be home for what matters.

A Schedule Built for Life

Your mornings and early afternoons are yours. Fitness. Run errands. Make appointments. Spend time with family. Pursue another passion. Simply have time for yourself.

Then, from 3–7 p. m., bring your expertise to children and families during some of the hours they need you most.

Your Schedule

  • Salaried position with just 12 to 15 billable hours per week
  • Onsite 3 to 5 days per week, working between 3-7pm.
  • Reduced hours without sacrificing the predictability of a salaried role
  • Meaningful work shouldn't mean missing everything else.

As a BCBA, you'll combine your clinical knowledge and experience with innovative treatment techniques to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

And we want you focused on what you do best: providing exceptional clinical care. Our dedicated clinical support structure helps reduce the administrative burden on our BCBAs, giving you more time to focus on your learners, families, and clinical outcomes.

  • Why BCBAs Choose Proud Moments
  • Better-than-industry-average BT retention
  • No administrative burden
  • Competitive compensation plus a robust, achievable quarterly bonus program
  • Salaried stability with a reduced-hour schedule
  • A multi-tiered clinical support team, both locally and regionally
  • Advanced, easy-to-use tools that simplify data collection and charting
  • The resources of a large organization with the close-knit feel of a local care team
  • Enhanced Behavior Technician onboarding and training designed to support continuity of care
  • Ongoing professional development with free monthly CEU-accredited courses

Comprehensive benefits for our 15-hour role, including PTO/flexible holidays, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement savings, and Employee Assistance Programs

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • As a Proud Moments BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to realize your professional potential while making an impact where it matters most. You'll:
  • Develop and supervise targeted, individualized interventions that improve the lives of children with autism

Celebrate alongside your clients as they develop positive behaviors, build new skills and reach meaningful milestones

Partner with families through caring, thoughtful conversations about assessment results and treatment recommendations

Advocate for your clients by proactively identifying potential concerns and communicating with the appropriate members of the care team

Share your expertise through direct supervision, support, training and orientation of our growing team of Behavior Technicians

Provide hands-on clinical support while keeping pace with the children we serve

The role requires physical activity throughout client sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, running and lifting 25+ pounds while keeping pace with children ages 2–15.

Your Expertise. Their Most Important Hours.

You shouldn't have to choose between doing meaningful work and having time for the rest of your life.

With our 3–7 p. m. salaried BCBA opportunity, you can build your career, support children and families during critical afterschool hours — and create more space for the moments that matter to you.

OWN YOUR DAY. IMPACT THEIR AFTERNOON. BE PRESENT FOR YOUR EVENING.
