The Nurse Practitioner Manager provides clinical leadership and oversight for a team of NPs to ensure high-quality care for patients with chronic kidney disease. They partner with operational leadership to execute clinical strategies, manage high-risk patient populations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Nursing with a current Nurse Practitioner license and possess 4-6 years of clinical experience. Additionally, at least 2 years of supervisory experience and expertise in population health or nephrology are strongly preferred.
