Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.

In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality critical care services to patients at Olympia Fields Hospital. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to the partnership's shared goals.

Requirements

Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Critical Care medicine. A current Illinois state medical license is considered a plus.
