Baptist Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our inpatient psychiatry team in Jacksonville, Florida.

This position offers an attractive 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance while practicing within a respected, physician-friendly health system.

What You Will Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license
• Commitment to delivering high-quality inpatient psychiatric care
• Interest in teaching and academic collaboration preferred
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
