Physical Therapist (PT)

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is licensed in the practicing state or is a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program and is actively working toward licensure.
Summary
The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops effective treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician. Treats residents according to the physician's treatment plan. Participates in discharge planning.
Records evaluation, treatment, and charges. Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides. Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.

- Hold licensure as outlined by the Board of Physical Therapy in the employment state.

The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops and implements treatment plans, and coordinates with physicians. They also supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides while participating in discharge planning and documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or be a graduate of an approved program working toward licensure. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required for this role.
