Key Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive hospice services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, and the development of individualized plans of care under physician supervision. They also coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to manage terminal illnesses and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree, be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, and possess current nursing licensure. A minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and one year of hospice or palliative care experience is required.
