The Children's Hospital at Saint Peter's University Hospital is seeking Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians to join its Pediatric Emergency Department.

Saint Peter's is bringing the Pediatric Emergency Medicine service line fully in-house and actively expanding the department. We are recruiting multiple physicians to build a larger, high-quality, hospital-employed Pediatric Emergency Medicine group.

Pediatric Emergency Department Opportunity Highlights

• Over 25,000 annual pediatric ED visits - (patients under 18)

Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine
• PEM Fellows graduating in 2026 encouraged to apply
• MD/DO licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Current CDS and DEA required

Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System are compensated at an hourly rate based on shift assignment: $225/hour for day shift and $240/hour for night shift. Physicians may be eligible for an additional incentive package tied to pre-established metrics related to productivity, patient engagement, and quality outcomes.
