As a Behavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at May Institute School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of BCBAs who provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth.
Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff to support school-aged children with developmental disabilities.

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field.
- BCBA certification or must be in the process of obtaining certification.

Compensation
We recognize and reward your expertise:
- Without BCBA certification: $63,000 – $73,000 annually
- With BCBA certification: $77,000 – $87,000 annually

You will develop individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis and conduct clinical assessments for school-aged children. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and training to staff to ensure high-quality support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field. BCBA certification is required or must be in the process of being obtained.
