A substantial part of your role will involve supervising Behavior Technicians and Lead Technicians, supporting their development, and ensuring consistent, ethical implementation of treatment plans. Responsibilities are carried out in person or remotely according to the position's assigned work arrangement.
This exempt position reports to the Senior Behavior Analyst or designated Programs/Clinical Services leadership.

Lead and develop your team: Supervise Behavior Technicians and Lead Technicians, lead weekly team meetings, provide ongoing feedback, delegate tasks, and address staff performance and accountability.
Provide clinical supervision: Supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and team members pursuing BACB certification as assigned, while maintaining required supervision hours and records.

Develop individualized treatment: Create and update treatment plans, goals, programs, and data collection tools. Review progress regularly and adjust treatment based on client needs and assessment data.
Partner with families: Implement the designated parent training curriculum, communicate treatment updates, and coordinate care to support progress across environments.
Maintain timely documentation: Complete clinical records and billing notes by the end of each business day and ensure technicians complete their required documentation.
Manage clinical and administrative expectations: Meet established billing, supervision, and clinical performance expectations; assist with scheduling and coordination; and document employee concerns and corrective actions.
Support consistent, compassionate care: Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality, follow company policies, and collaborate respectfully with clients, families, and colleagues.
Maintain professional standards: Keep certification, licensure, and continuing education requirements current and practice in accordance with the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
