Job Description

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional BCBAs for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Fort-Mill and its surrounding areas.

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, provides both in-home and clinic-based speech language pathology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and ABA Therapy services throughout the Carolinas. BCBAs employed by Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, may provide services in homes and/or within one of our clinical office locations.

All applicants must have a Masters Degree from an accredited institution and have obtained their BCBA certification.

Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Supervise RBTs providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills
  • Monitoring and tracking patient progress through data collection and analysis
  • Collaborating with other healthcare and behavioral health professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
  • Providing training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records

Necessary Experience Includes

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
  • Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology
