Job Description

See Patients Across the Lifespan

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.
• Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual, family, and group therapy).
• Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.
• Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.
• Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work, upon hire
• MN DHS Mental Health Professional Defined Qualifications: MN § 245I.04, Subd 2-3

Licenses/Certifications

Licensed Ind Clinical Social Worker - MN Board of Social Work required upon hire

Must meet at least ONE of the following requirements: Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or current BLS certification from the American Red Cross or Allina in-house BLS training (within 180 days of hire)

Pay Range

Pay Range: $105,000 to $120,000 per year

The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
