- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Key Responsibilities
The physician will lead an established primary care practice, focusing on personalized, preventive medicine for a loyal patient panel. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality patient relationships and managing the long-term health outcomes of the community.
Requirements
Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with an active medical license. A minimum of 5 years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred, along with a strong interest in practice ownership.
