This position offers weekends off, a signing bonus. Work with Westside Children's Therapy in Loves Park, IL, USA.
Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress. They are also responsible for supervising and training RBTs while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Additionally, they must be licensed or license-eligible as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Illinois.
