This position offers weekends off, a signing bonus. Work with Westside Children's Therapy in Lombard, IL, USA.
Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress while providing supervision and training to RBTs. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Additionally, they must be licensed or license-eligible as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Illinois.
