Provide direct physical therapy services to home health patients according to the physician's plan of care. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, pain relief, and the use of assistive devices to restore function.
Requires an active PTA licensure in Oregon and at least 2 years of experience in physical therapy. Candidates must hold a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association and possess an insured vehicle.
