Job Description
Bring your surgical skill to a well-established oral surgery practice serving Greensboro and the Piedmont Triad. The practice offers a broad range of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including dental implants, wisdom teeth, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma care, and oral pathology. Patients are guided through treatment with a focus on safety, comfort, and clear explanations.
Whether you are an experienced surgeon or nearing the end of residency, this is a chance to join an established practice, build relationships with patients and referring doctors, and continue growing with mentorship and peer support. You can bring your clinical perspective to a close-knit team while building a long-term future with a path to partnership for eligible doctors.
Broad Surgery with a Personal Touch
The appeal here is the combination of varied clinical work and a careful, patient-centered approach. The team takes time to explain the plan and help patients understand what to expect, creating a practice where strong surgical care and human connection go hand in hand.
What the Opportunity Offers
A full-scope clinical mix: Treatments include dental implants, wisdom teeth, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma, oral pathology, and tooth extractions.
Technology for thoughtful planning: 3D imaging and guided implant technology support precision, while IV sedation and general anesthesia options help patients feel comfortable during care.
Care that values communication: Join a team focused on clear preparation, follow-through, and helping patients understand how their surgical plan fits into their broader care.
Support as you grow: Experienced surgeons and residents nearing completion can access mentorship and peer support while learning the practice’s clinical approach and building their role.
Clinical voice and a path to partnership: Practice with meaningful clinical autonomy and operational support, with doctors able to pursue partnership and equity early in a majority doctor-owned organization.
Life in Greensboro
A city with room for every pace: Greensboro blends a welcoming community feel with downtown restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
Arts and nights out: Find live music, galleries, dance, theater, and performances downtown.
Family-friendly weekends: Explore the Greensboro Science Center, Children’s Museum, parks, and seasonal events.
Get outside close to home: More than 100 miles of trails and greenways connect parks and lakes for walks, biking, and outdoor days.
A convenient Triad home base: Greensboro puts you near the wider Piedmont Triad’s dining, arts, and recreation.
