Job Description
Help bring specialty surgical care to Alabama’s Eastern Shore. A new satellite office in Spanish Fort gives an oral surgeon the opportunity to help shape a local practice from its beginning—building relationships with referring dentists and caring for a growing community. You’ll be part of an established regional oral surgery team, with experienced colleagues to learn from and consult along the way.
Whether you’re an experienced surgeon ready to help grow a new location or nearing the end of residency and looking for a supported start, you’ll have room to contribute, access to mentorship and peer support, and a clear path to partnership.
A Chance to Build Something Meaningful
As a new satellite office, this is a chance to help create a welcoming patient experience and build trust in the community as the practice grows. You can bring your perspective to a new location while drawing on the clinical experience of an established regional team.
What the Opportunity Offers
Help shape a new location: Contribute to the patient experience and relationships with local referring dentists as the Spanish Fort office takes root.
Experienced colleagues nearby: Join a regional team with a broad oral and maxillofacial surgery scope and a commitment to personalized, compassionate care.
Broad surgical experience: The established team’s wider scope includes wisdom teeth, implants, bone grafting, extractions, impacted teeth, oral pathology, corrective jaw surgery, and facial trauma.
Mentorship and peer support: Newer surgeons can access mentorship and experienced colleagues as they settle into the practice and grow in their role.
A path to partnership: Eligible doctors can pursue partnership and equity early with a majority doctor-owned organization.
Life on Alabama’s Eastern Shore
A community feel by the Bay: Spanish Fort offers a welcoming small-city setting along Mobile Bay, with room to build roots and enjoy a more relaxed pace.
Time outside: Explore nearby parks, trails, birdwatching, fishing, boating, and the waterways of the Mobile-Tensaw Delta.
Family-friendly options: Find local parks, youth sports, community events, and schools supported by the Baldwin County school system.
Fresh seafood and bay sunsets: Enjoy waterfront dining and scenic views across Mobile Bay, with Gulf Coast flavors close to home.
More to do nearby: Mobile brings historic downtown, restaurants, live music, arts, festivals, and Mardi Gras within reach, while the Eastern Shore offers a quieter place to come home to.
