Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to meet the unique needs of each child. Provide mentorship and supervision to Behavior Technicians while collaborating with families and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas or in the process of obtaining licensure. Proficiency in developing client programs and a commitment to supporting entry-level staff are required.
